Turbulent and smooth air

Flight from Santa Paula Airport to Ojai and Ventura on Sunday morning, it was calm up to around 1200MLS, 15 to 20 mph wind from east at 2000MSL and above. I had to fly through pretty strong wind shear at around 1500MSL before landing Santa Paula airport.

    Hi Henry, it,s interesting to see how the wing stays mostly stable and its the trike that dose all the moving around. (Though thats not how it feels to me when im flying in wind!) Nice video,s keep them comming. Tom.

    Beautiful landscape, it definitely feels that the wing moves in turbulence, but the video tells the truth. another interesting effect is when you bank the trike and you look up towards the hang point the trikes upper beam seems to bend.

    I totally agree with Tom and Diego. The trikes are self-balancing and self-flying.
    I can't do much thing in turbulence. I was just hoping that no wind on the runway.
    They are amazing machines.

    I thought about that too, but I decided not to, because I wanted to keep the sounds of rough wind.
