do you ever get the heeby geebys flying over some of the hostile terrain that you fly over Mark! What if the donkey choked? makes for some lovely pics do! Keep up the great work and service regularly! :-)

Yup! Actually on the way back home on the day I took this picture I had a little engine burp. I think it was probably just dirt in the fuel or something as it only lasted a fraction of a second, but even that's enough to remind you that gravity is always watching. I generally don't go anywhere where I can't glide to an emergency landing though, even though some of the time I'm gauging fields along the lines of 'good to to land with only broken pod, good enough to land with broken pod and wing, good to enough to get away with only a broken leg'. At that point I turn round.
