  Summer will come eventually ... next summer we're doing the entire West Coast- Wahoo! and this fall is coming, Monument Valley. Anyone want to fly to Columbia Airport (KO22) this summer? I heard it's a great little town / beautiful airport, just on the west side of the Sierras. Maybe we could also fly the Sacramento Delta.

  The weather stinks up here too. The only thing that eases the pain is that I don't even have a trike to fly right now. You could try that- sell it......

  I feel your pain David. Haven't flown in weeks due to wind EVERY weekend. Seems the only calm days are midweek when I'm working like a fool.

  Weather is STILL sucking out here!!! :( Actually it's not sucking, it's blowing 20-30mph every freakin day The other problem is work, it gets in the way of flying--- anyone know how to fix either of those situations ?

  Hey Vince, I got the wing cover from rob Lyons / Northwing. Ordered it yesterday for $375, should be delivered in about a week. See the forum note for Rob's email / phone. the wing cover is an integral part of the big XC plans.

  I think if he wouldn't have throttled up on the second bounce and pulled the bar in he would be ok. I agree with you Jeff when you say "most bounces are out of control landings".
