I made a template of my Arplast prop blades on my Air Creation GTE float trike and my wife Cheryl sewed custom fitted neoprene covers to protect the blades in transit on the trailer. About $30 worth of material with some left over. Great covers ...

For those that will be purchasing a new trike in the next few years - the Trig TT22 Mode S Transponder is a good solution. I equipped my new Air Creation Tanarg with the Trig remotely controlled by the MGL Discovery Lite EFIS. Adding this ...

We have TWO spots left in our November 12-13, 2016 Weight-Shift 16 Hour Repairman Course. Great group of pilots attending and it promises to be a fun time of learning and connecting with other trike pilots. We have low cost hotel options nearby ...

Really? The suggestion that critique is somehow unwanted would create just what you have inferred in your blog title Paul - a police state. Members should feel free to express their opinions and feedback and have vigorous debate - not sure why you ...

I am really enjoying my new Tanarg and in particular this new cockpit combining the MGL Discovery Lite iEFIS and the iPad Mini with Foreflight Mobile. The MGL V6 radio and Trigg TT22 transponder are all controlled right from the EFIS along the top. ...

Patricia's husband Myron has a Lake Amphib and we have already been on the water on High Rock Lake just south of our airpark. They love being in Parchment Plantation Airpark and we are glad to add another pilot to the hood.

Welcomed our new neighbor Patricia Mitchell to Marchmont Plantation Airpark (6NC8) with an intro flight before the storms. The air was smooth as glass tonight.

    Hey Todd,
I saw you joined the Tanarg Triker's group today! Awesome!
Thanks for the help with the Enigma panel- it is a lot of work to switch- better to get it stock I'd say. It's about 90% wired in now (so many harnesses to make, engine, radio, comm, transponder, etc). I'll have info and pictures to share with anyone who wants to know how I did it- also I collected a lot of the technical details and drawings in one location now.
Anyway, I hope to be in the air again soon- it's possible it could be just before sunset tonight if things go smoothly today. Have some great flights yourself.

Congrats Todd! I bet it was awesome for you. We'll have to all get together for some flying soon. There is 3 of us around MB, SC. I had emailed Jonny T about getting my check ride this fall. Still had not set a date for that. It would of been a good weekend for flying here in Myrtle Beach but I had to do the yard sale thing & I strained my back putting in a new hot water heater. Shouldn't of carried it myself. Congrats again!!

Hi Todd, You can't get any better instruction than from Terri--top notch gentleman! Yes, the Clipper is sold and new owner, James Mauch, is located in Louisville. He'll be receiving his new bird next week if the weather cooperates. He has 25 hours of training, so I should be able to get him up and going rather quickly.

Keep in mind asking Terri to come to Greensboro for some of your latter training. The cost can be split between others requiring his services. I've also got Jonny Thompson coming to our area soon, and he is a loooong time pilot/instructor from Currituck. Fly high, Doug

Pleasure was ours Doug. I will be in Lynchburg next weekend and plan to catch a flight with Terri Sipantzi and check out his operation. My guess is that I will begin my sport pilot license training so any thoughts you might have on best place to do that would be appreciated. Kevin speaks highly of Terri. Did you sell your Clipper we saw last weekend? Todd
