Roger I use the Silva compass, I also make the mounts for them on my CNC they are adjustable and work excellent.

Thanks Henry for another amazing video, you never disappoint us. I only wish I could do such quality as you do. What a beautiful place to fly.

I rotate the compass in flight to sync with my gps in case of a gps failure, it works well for me.

Ken Highfield With a thumb screw you can adjust it or remove the compass and leave the mount attached to the cs. I also CNC Gopro mounts that attach to the mast or wing.

Scott Williams Hi Ken. These look great. What diameter can it go up to? I can't tell from the pic but does it split in half lengthwise to be attched or does it slip on over an end? If you make these I'm interested. Much better looking than my hose clamps

Ken Highfield Scott they are a one piece so they cant come off in flight, they slip over the end, this one is bored to fit the airborne but I can change the bore size to fit any.

Scott Williams Nice! I'll stop by the hangar and get a caliper on my nose tube to see if it needs to be milled out.

Taxi for take off on36. It took a long time to get the FAA approval because of the multi aircraft excessive landing speed due to the shorter wing span.

"Ken Highfield" commented on jeff trike's Blog "Defensive Flying".
If you are just pulling the trike out of the hangar to take up a passenger do a flight in the pattern alone first, this will put the trike threw all the paces before the passenger climbs in. ( it is also better to be alone if something happens than ...

Ken Highfield Thanks Mike Hudetz for another great Wing Fest. It was nice to see everyone again and to test fly the new trikes. For those that missed it you should try to make it next year. Thanks Larry for doing such a great job on the review of the Airborne M3 and the new wings. I also enjoyed flying the new Airborne. I wanted to see how it performed from the back seat. It was stable and handled great, I do like the older style back rest on the seat but could get used to the current one. THE REVOLT... for those of you that saw it, touched it, sat in it, admired and flew it, it can all be summed up in one word WOW! Maybe WOW WEE! When you sit in it for the first time if you were to close your eyes you would think you are home in your LAZY BOY. The seats are that comfortable. The view from the back seat is amazing. The trike with the robust rugged roll cage is very roomy. This with out a doubt is the most comfortable trike I have ever sat in or flew. I again flew from the back as to compare the trikes. It flew great, smooth and light on the controls . When was the last time you opened your face shield up all the way from the back seat with out it almost getting ripped off? I did and with no wind in my face! It is so comfortable that any passenger is going to love the experience. I really can't say enough positive things about this trike. I should WARN YOU! that if you are not in the market for a new trike than you better not fly the REVOLT because you will be!! My prediction is that the Revolt with the Rival X wing will soon be the number one selling trike. Great job Larry.
