John Glynn Finally picked up my Revo from Larry and Amy! Spent a couple of full days flying for transition training. I would recommend the same for anyone. I had a blast learning the new machine. The Revo and Rival S wing is indescribably wonderful. Great performance, huge speed range, and handling is effortless. My passengers I have take up all comment on the super comfort. While in Florida, I witnessed Larry and Amy provide world class customer service. Not just in the aircraft world but the best I have experienced in any industry. Thank you to all the gang at Evolution Aircraft and especially Larry and Amy for designing the machine of dreams. John Glynn

Larry Mednick Thanks John! John visited our booth in 2009 at Oshkosh and lusted over the REVO and said he would own on one day. I think he has the record for 9 years in the making to get his REVO. John had tested out all the wings and even the REVOLT and set his sights on the 12.4m RIVAL S on the REVO. John was a former trike instructor and even dealer for Air Creation about 20 years ago. He traded in his "like new" Airborne 912 XT which we now have for sale if anyone is after a super clean well cared for XT with Streak III wing. John really flies the snot out of his REVO. This REVO went to a very good home. Enjoy it John!

I have a fun game to help you to hone your coordinating skills. Remember I started as a hang glider pilot and thermalling is fun. Pick a safe day, light lift, and choose a safe altitude based on experience. Please check for traffic before trying ...

I have used a small ceramic heater under the engine area with a sleeping bag draped over the engine. Works fairly well. Takes about an hour if hanger is cold to get oil temp above 32 degree F. I also move the prop around to circulate the oil. I ...

John Glynn Everyone, I flew a new wing when I visited Larry and Amy in Zephyhills. Had a blast. Larry has a wing he is calling the "Rascal" i believe. It is a 12 meter single surface wing on the Revolt. When I first got in the front seat, it was the first time I flew the Revolt without the front struts attached. Awesome view. Easy to get in and the seat is very comfortable. You get the feeling you are in a very substantially built plane on off road steroids but very open. Conditions were about 80F and 90 cross at about 15 - 18 mph 2 pm midday thermally full sun day. The 100 hp with the E Prop really snappy and plenty of quick thrust, like a 2 stroke quick but its a large 4 stroke. Full power provides thrust that puts you into the back of the seat and plants a smile on your face. Short takeoff roll had me off before I had much time to think about it. Leveled off and cruised comfortably along at about 60mph. Handling was very comfortable. Light roll pressures. No bad habits. Easy to coordinate. I tried some slow flight and easily maintained control. The wing provides great feedback. Stalls are not a surprise and plenty of warning by quickly increasing pitch pressure keeps them from surprising you. Stall in a 20 degree bank turn broke and if you let the bar in, it will recover before the engine could even react. Like I said no bad habits. Flew through a decent thermal, no problem. You will not get tired flyin this wing. Easy to land, remember even with a decent crosswind in midday conditions. The Revolt can lower the wing for easy, solid tie down in super quick time. A nice easy to set up single surface wing that can stay on the trike for transport in a trailer would be a great choice for someone without a hanger, wants easy set up and take down and still able to comfortably fly in midday conditions. The name Rascal makes me smile and so did this flight. Try it. John Glynn

Larry Mednick Northwing makes it. This is a 28’ Wing span the Manta 12.5 was a 26’ Wing span. I actually put the Manta 12.5 on the REVOLT to compare back to back. The roll is lighter and quicker and it trims 8 MPH faster (60 MPH). Gibbo started the whole micro sized quick set up single surface concept and I loved it. Unfortunately people buying Delta Jets Amd Monsoons at the time didn’t want a single surface wing on their sexy composit faired crosscountry machines. Now with the REVOLT I feel we have the perfect platform. I just ordered a production Rascal for my REVOLT and one for Amy’s new REVOLT.

I fly quite a few young people. For the 3-5 or 6 year olds, a taxi around the ramp is a great way to introduce them to the trike. No flight. On another visit to airport when they are ready I literally take them for a flight down the runway at 1 ...

Awesome Larry! Next time in lift, circle. With that much performance and efficiency the machine color should probably be green. Thank you and keep on REVOlutionizing our sport.

Dang, that makes it more maneuverable than a wheeled trike - it can spin around in its own length!
