by Mike-in- Thailand 3 months agoHi Victor - yes, it was a joke:) Floats are very difficult here with the Thai authorities so I've put that plan on hold for a while. You're right, the Tanarg is the cooler ride but the Husky is better at covering long distances!

by Victor Agadzi 3 months agoMike,
That must be a joke. I didnt think of speakers. They are actually radiator scoops to help channel more air through the radiator at any given time. Helps run a little cooler. Whats up with your float option? Have you dogged the idea. Are there any Tanargs on floats out there. AC's GTE on floats always looked so coool in my eyes, but i always wanted the retract wheel option so i opted out.
Ope youre enjoying the Cub as much as the Tanarg. I bet the Tanarg draws more attention though and is your COOLEST ride of the two. Admit it. -

by Victor Agadzi 7 months agoBoth type wings are tested to minus 3 G and both wings passed the test. Ultimately the design of the strut and the angle of layout between the control bar and the point of contact with the leading edge will inevitably play a role in the ultimate strenght of the strut. Again, A.C. is doing all it can to convince you and I that struts are not the way to go. Let them give us one single example of a failed strut..Struts are here to stay...
I encourage you A.C lovers to pick up the phones and start calling and insisting on CHANGE. You,ll be very pleased with the strutted version , I guarantee you that. Ask, and you may be given. Don't buy their wing and you will DEFINITELY see CHANGE.
