A couple weeks ago I made my fifth trip to Monument Valley, but this time MV was just the launching point for the adventure. My flying buddies Paul, Mike and I continued on for 3 days of flying and two nights of camping at Utah backcountry airstrips.

Our first destination, Nokai Dome. A narrow airstrip high on a rise overlooking the San Juan arm of Lake Powell.

Next stop, Fry Canyon.

    Hey Jeff,

Love the multiple days of flying or the adventures. It's fun to see all the great things on the way. Please keep posting and fly safe.

Nice video I fly a PPG out of St George, UT. I flew Monument valley and Bluff last month and missed getting a flight near the San Rafael swell.

    Mark,

We also flew the San Rafael Reef from Hidden Splendor to Mexican Mountain. Probably the most vicious looking rocks I have ever seen.
