by New Zealand Trike Pilots 1 month agoJohn, I changed my Rotax 503 by a HKS 700E installed in an Astra Trike with Wizard 2 wing, 16.8 m2, and the experience is great. Using HKS you´ll have enough power for two people, consumption rate is great (8 lts/hour, two people), and a very reliable engine. Just torque curve is almost flat between 4000 and 6000 RPM, so you won´t have the feeling of "push" with throttle from cruise to full.

by John Heckendorf 7 months agoI'm seriously considering purchasing a Northwing Navajo trike with an HKS and 15m strutted wing. I will be flying with two people, about 350 lbs. total. If anyone has this type of configuration please respond. My question: Will the HKS have enough power for this configuration?

by diego braga 1 year agoNo comments at all ? Well, there goes one.
After 150 hours, I must say I'm happy with it because of low fuel consumption, low noise and reliability. The only odds, vibrating idling though well carburators tuning. Best wishes to all the Group Members.
