Hi guys,
For the Americans in the group, where are you ordering parts from?
Directly from France, or from Neil Bungard? Is either source more
efficient?
thanks,
Vince

Not sure about your situation over there, but I know that the
factory will let you order direct. I am going to repeat this as
some people may not know it:
If you phone the factory on a weekday morning (French time) you
will get to speak to Gabriel, who is an American living in France.
He is not normally there on a Wednesday, but is there all other
days as he works part time. They are happy to send any parts all
over the world. If you ask he might even send you a CD with all the
parts diagrams on it, but they are on the website anyway.
Their phone number is #33 475 936666.
If Gabriel is not there then ask to speak to Jean-Luc Tillott (said
Tilwa) as he also speaks very good English.

About 6 months ago, or so, Neil Bungard moved to Belize- as far as
I know, leaving the Air Creation USA business. I had ordered parts
from Neil before, but now he is basically incommunicado. I have
ordered parts directly from France (mostly by email- I don't want
to deal with the time difference and cost of making phone calls,
and I just generally prefer email). The other advantage of email is
that it's in writing for both sides to refer to and, I would often
take a screen shot of the parts manual pointing out the specific
part I wanted- which can't be done on a phone call. Bob keeps
encouraging me to make calls. For parts, the emails have worked
fine for me. Send an email message to me here, and I'll send you
the email address I use.

If the email works David, then that is good. I forget that all my
phone calls are free. I have spoken to Gabriel and suggested that
he sets skype up on his machine in the factory to help you guys
out, but I'm not sure if he has yet.

There is this company: Spirits Up USA
http://www.spiritsupusa.com/
(800) 971-5233
I had come across them in the past, but never used them. For some
reason I wasn't sure they were still operational. But I saw a
current ad for them in the latest EAA magazine.
They offer Lessons and Sales.

I have had very good success ordering parts directly from France
since Neil went off the grid. I use email for my orders and usually
get a 24 hour response and a one week turn around for shipment via
post office for small parts.

Gentlemen, I can confirm what our friend Mike has said. My name is
Gabriel. I am American & work at Air Creation from 3-6:30am
eastern US time MTThF, however I have no technical or commercial
knowledge. You are welcome to call, if you are awake, but we are
not using Skype yet commercially. Neil is indeed no longer working
with us, so the situation in the US is a little complicated, but
you can of course contact us directly & in English at: info@aircreation.fr for your spare
parts orders. It's best if you can group a couple of orders, as
shipping to the US is costly.
